Reviewing Hulu's The Handmaid's Tale, etc., etc.

The first three hours of The Handmaid’s Tale begin streaming Wednesday, April 26th on Hulu. It’s a 10-episode series, with more seasons planned, adapted from the 1985 Margaret Atwood novel. And of course, its portrayal of subjugated women is now being linked to a certain presidency. Our review is here.

Also, in case you missed them, here are reviews of NBC’s Great News and National Geo’s Genius, which both launched on Tuesday but can be seen via On Demand and other venues.

And on our Back Channels page, return with us now to a 1998 interview with Bill O’Reilly tied to his very first book, a “novel of television and murder” titled Those Who Trespass.

The Monday-Tuesday D-FW Nielsen ratings “snapshot” also is posted, along with a little local news brief.
