Timed to coincide with Friday's release of their Righteous Kill movie, Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino popped in on Thursday's Late Show with David Letterman to emote the "Top 10 Reasons I Like Being An Actor."
Through the miracle of a CBS publicity release -- Late Show is pre-taped -- the list arrived via email five-and-a-half hours before air time (at 10:35 p.m. in Dallas on CBS11).
We'll just give you a taste without providing a ranking order.
Pacino: Sometimes when I go to the movies, the popcorn guy will give me a free squirt of chemical butter.
DeNiro: If you do a scene where you're eating pudding, they often let you keep the pudding.
Pacino: Beats my old gig as a hockey mom.
DeNiro: Get to read well-crafted dialogue like "Get the (*#@&%) outta here."
