Once hot, hot, hot, it's now not, not
not. So Fox is saying goodbye to The O.C. with
a Feb. 22nd series finale.
Original episodes will air from Thurs. Jan. 4 until the end date, Fox announced Wednesday. The O.C. premiered in August 2003 and for a relatively short while became one of Fox's big buzz series. Creator Josh Schwartz is still looking on the bright side as the sun sets.
"We have enjoyed our best season yet, and what better time to go out than creatively on top," he said in a statement. "For a certain audience, at a certain time, The O.C. has meant something. For that we are grateful."
