The old man at sea: Rupert Murdoch (and son) encounter troubled waters and a shaving cream pie during parliamentary hearing

An array of cable news networks went continuously live Tuesday morning to the Murdochs' joint appearance before a British parliamentary committee. Rupert regularly seemed lost for words while dutiful son, James, sought to fill in the blanks. Both apologized on cue for the burgeoning phone-hacking scandal afflicting their World News Corporation.
